After Bianca and Katrin comes Lisbeth. The cool blonde inspires with her multi-layered palette of various malt nuances and doesn’t have to hide behind her sisters. Lisbeth presents itself in a slightly cloudy gold tone in the glass and forms a medium-pored foam that is quite short-lived. Fine scents of exotic orange blossoms, freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple and dew-soaked herbs rise from the amber-colored beer. A touch of freshly baked bread and a hint of honey complement the scented potpourri and put you in the mood for the first sip. In the initial taste, a soft sweetness caresses the palate and reveals Lisbeth's full malt power. Grain, malt and the spicy heaviness of bread dough tickle the taste buds. The hops bring a breath of fresh air by bringing a flowery bouquet and honey-sweet oranges into play. The finish is short and crisp: Slightly grassy, pleasantly bitter and nice and dry.
