Hawkshead/Rooster's One Trick Pony

Cloudy pink red with pinkish head. Tart, sour rose hip flavour from the off along with sour lemons, probably great for a chest cough but by crikey this is a bit heavy handed for a beer, no subtlety here. Sharp and lip puckering, teeth coating acidity.
