Beer description

Old Engine Oil is an almost black brew with a silky-smooth smokey aroma, a coffee-like palate and a suggestion of the darkest chocolate. It is made from light malt, roasted barley and malted oats. Old Engine Oil has jumped the sweet variety of Galena from Washington State, Worchester Fuggles and East Kent Goldings.

My absolute favorite beer.

This beer is absolutely dark. No light can pass through its viscous, thick, chocolate- coffee flavor. It has a very slight bitterness at the end but not a hoppy bitterness.
