An even more decadent take on our Cannoli Stout collab with Mike’s Pastry of Boston’s North End. Brewed using Mike’s handmade cannoli shells, cocoa nibs, lactose, and vanilla to re-create the flavor profile of their famed dessert, this higher-strength rendition was aged for two months in premium rye whiskey barrels for added layers of vanilla, spice and caramel.
