Beer description

If this brew could tell stories...Brewed in collaboration with Eddy Butler, of the Newfermenters homebrewing group. Pouring a beautiful burnt copper, with a foamy off-white head. Malt aromas of light caramel and honey. Light malt sweetness, but with a mild and clean hop bitterness to balance. Finish is slightly dry; crisp, traditional and delicious. This is year 6 for Quidi Vidi Brewery’s collab with the Newfermenters. We hold a brewing competition and then a bottle share. It’s a chance for the community to hang out and sample each other’s brews. This is Happy Accident by Eddie Butler BEER IS ART AND ART IS BEER We’re proud to showcase another year of designs from Murray Brokenshire (@murrmosavich). QVxNF is about brewers and artists. Pouring a beautiful burnt copper, with a foamy off-white head. Malt aromas of light caramel and honey. Light malt sweetness, but with a mild and clean hop bitterness to balance. A nice honey marzen.

The nose is a mild honey biscut. The taste is a malty biscuit rounded out with a honey finish that lingers. Pretty good overall.
