Fermentation
Beer description
If this brew could tell stories...Brewed in collaboration with Eddy Butler, of the Newfermenters homebrewing group. Pouring a beautiful burnt copper, with a foamy off-white head. Malt aromas of light caramel and honey. Light malt sweetness, but with a mild and clean hop bitterness to balance. Finish is slightly dry; crisp, traditional and delicious.
This is year 6 for Quidi Vidi Brewery’s collab
with the Newfermenters. We hold a brewing
competition and then a bottle share. It’s a
chance for the community to hang out and
sample each other’s brews. This is Happy Accident

A nice honey marzen.

The nose is a mild honey biscut. The taste is a malty biscuit rounded out with a honey finish that lingers. Pretty good overall.
