Hankzbier I Don't Know What to Say to You

I Don't Know What to Say to You is a beer made with special malts, oats and wheat malt. In this series we did 3 editions. The proposal in this beer was to make a pastry, with the addition of maple, cocoa nibs, coffee, hazelnut, biscuit and a light touch of lactose. Bringing aromas and flavors of homemade pie, cookies, chocolate and almonds. A complete dessert, a real maple cookie. It's a beer to really not know what to say.
