Garage Beer Co. - Haloed Protostar

We have teamed up with Yakima Chief Hops to showcase Nectaron, a New Zealand hop variety that has been getting lots of love since it was released a few years ago. Bringing massive fruity characteristics to the table like pineapple, peach and grapefruit, we felt it would be great to show off its wares in a Cold IPA. The Nectaron takes centre stage but it gets a little help from our stunning grapefruit and pine forward hand selected Simcoe lot and some pineappley Idaho 7. The super lean grist of Pils, cut with some extra pale and some flaked maize which is fermented cool with our house lager strain creates an incredibly crisp and drinkable beer that bursts with hop character. This is one for when you want a streamlined hop fix.
