The Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei brews a green hop Pilsner once a year according to traditional brewing methods.
The craft beer from our traditional Lower Bavarian brewery is brewed from fresh hop cones immediately after the hop harvest. We use a special hop variety, the original Hallertauer Mittelfrüh variety. A total of four hops are added during the brewing and maturing phase. Three during the brewing process and one during storage. This gives our Grünhopfen-Pils its very special hop note.
