The BAYRISCH PALE ALE presents itself brilliantly in the glass, amber in colour with a wonderfully fine-pored head. The unique hop flavours in particular set the tone right from the start. The two varieties Hallertauer Tradition and Tettnanger laid the foundations for this true beer delicacy during the brewing process. The BAYRISCH PALE ALE owes its fine flavours to intensive dry hopping with the MC Hammer hop blend (Mandarina, Cascade, Hersbrucker). Balanced and harmonious, the citrusy impressions duel with the typical hop notes and integrate the caramel-like malt flavour superbly.
