Beer description
Brewed with pilsner and rye malt, Tracker was barrel fermented for 12 months with our house culture and an additional English yeast strain. Bottle conditioned for another 12 months, its time shows its complexity. Vinous and fresh with traces of rye spice and minimal brett presence, flavors are reminiscent of skin contact wine and stewed peaches with a sturdy, clean finish.
