Mixed Culture Beer with Raw Honey - No tension is a simple blonde beer brewed with aged hops that first fermented in stainless steel with a blend of saison and house Brett cultures. It was then refermented with raw amber honey in a single barrel for nine months before being bottle conditioned on more honey for an additional six months. Smooth, rich, floral, funky & medium-low acid.
