Beer description
A Michigan cherry wild ale, originally fermented in stainless and racked into fresh California wine barrels with a staggered pitch of Brettanomyces and our house culture. After 8 months in barrels it was moved to a fruiting vessel with 880 lbs of Balaton cherries and 120 lbs of Montmorency cherries.
