Half Acre Dark Trail

Dark Trail Mixed Culture Foeder Saison was brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, rye, oats and wheat and spent 10 weeks in French oak. Golden yellow in color with aromas of sugared stone fruit and mild barnyard atop bread and mandarin orange, its acidity is incredibly balanced with a minerality in its finish.
