"HALF A DECADE" - Anniversary Barleywine. This Barleywine was aged for 5 weeks on oak chips soaked in Scotch whiskey. A slightly peaty, strong, malty and fruity taste characterize this creation. Bitterness: Delicately spicy, peaty and earthy, with a strong finish. Well integrated. Hop variety: Northern Brewer, Golding, Amarillo.
