Beer description
Collaborative beer made with our friends from the Brasserie de Clémery .
Brewed in March 2023, this beer made from cereals and local hops was fermented exclusively in barrels for 14 months with a mix of wild yeasts and bacteria.
It presents a beautiful tension that evokes white wine, accompanied by floral and honeyed notes, rounded off by a toasted touch typical of the barrel.
