Beer description

If you want a strong beer, the Mare Germanicum is the right place. This beer is said to be the Bavarian answer to IPAs from Northern Germany. Honey notes and the full-bodied and soft mouthfeel come from the malt. Good accompaniment to strong roast pork or veal, grilled mackerel or Linzer torte.

This is an excellent brew - it is smooth with some texture on the palate, hops are dry but not with bitter after taste, rather a fruity and clean taste - complex and excellent
