Beer description
This wild ale is dryhopped with a vast amount of mostly noble German hops. Groen needed 6 months in the bottle to balance out all the flavours and bitterness. It's really interesting to see how the hop aroma's stay and change in the bottle over time in a good way. The beer has notes of lemons, herbs and a kind of farmhouse yeast character.
