Grimm William of Ockham

William of Ockham is a very special, taproom-only small batch cuvée blended from four carefully selected oak barrels. It is named for the medieval philosopher who formulated the principle known as Occam’s Razor: “when solving a problem, the simpler solution is more likely to be correct than the complex one.”
