Super Paradise is a sexy gose. Layers of tart hibiscus, ripe blackberries, and a dialed in salinity make this the perfect end-of-summer quencher. Brewed with 2lbs/gal of blackberries plus tons of hibiscus flowers, it’s refreshing and complex in flavor and beautiful in color. Hibiscus flowers contribute earthy and fruity tartness against a background of Berliner-style acidity.
