Grimm Super Journey

Super Journey is a classy oak-fermented, bright gose spiked with the flavor pleasures of a cherries and limes. The brewery carried out a mixed culture fermentation in oak foeder, refermented the beer on tart montmorency cherries and limes, dry hopped with Ekuanot, and added a dash of sea salt. The gentle salinity mingles with tart fruit to produce a luscious, thirst-quenching beer as complex as it is refreshing.
