Beer description
This American sour red ale balances a juicy acidity against a backdrop of malty sweetness. Conditioned in stainless tanks with oak spirals and tart Montmorency cherries, this is a shamelessly unfaithful tribute to the red-brown beers of Flanders. Lightly toasted bread on the nose, sweet and tart on the palate, with a touch of cherry on the long, complex finish.
