Beer description
Strawberry Rebus is built from a foundation of oak, brettanomyces, and fresh strawberries. With the acidity of foeder’s mixed culture layered upon the tartness of the berries, this beer will have you salivating with its assertively sour punch. The mouthfeel is almost like an old world rosé: fruity yet bone dry, light-bodied, and with noticeable tannins. The fermentation character is brett-forward with plenty of funky phenols contributing complexity.
