Grimm Lilt

Lilt is a mixed culture golden sour ale that is aged in select oak barrels and refermented with tart Montmorency cherries resulting in a beer that is beautifully balanced with fruit and funk. The aroma is cherry pie with the slightest hint of vanilla and cinnamon and a brett-forward leathery layer. The first sip is a bright burst of sour candy that ebbs into a savory richness of dark summer fruits and oak.
