Beer description

Boysen Rebus highlights the alchemy of fermentation. Its bright funky acidity focuses attention on the complex character of house mixed-culture and old-world fermentation methods. The Brewery fermented this sour beer in oak foeder and re-fermented it on boysenberries, a cross between a European raspberry and blackberry with deep flavor. A brewery blended in a few of most pungent and bretty aged hop barrels for additional satisfying funk.
