Beer description
Irish Red Ale is the younger brother of Irish stout and porter, copper-red in color and the pleasant aroma of malt and roasted barley. For a credible reinterpretation of this Irish style, resorted to the indigenous island hop varieties and the malt and yeast characteristic of the Green Island. The hop aromas served this beer to counterbalance and balance the sweet aromas that are the main star of this beer. Malt: Pale ale, Munich malt, Caramel, Crystal, Roasted barley Hops: Fuggle, East Kent Golding.
