Beer description
The Jahrgangsbock 2023 is brewed with 6 unique types of malt, which give it a complex and multi-layered malt body. This is made even more complex by the decoction mashing process used. It was then fermented with an old English yeast strain, which leaves a little more residual sugar in the beer and adds its own exciting character.
Due to its complex malt body and strength, this beer is ideal for storing in your own beer or wine cellar and allowing it to mature over a long period of time. This creates new, exciting aromas in the beer that are not known from “freshly drunk” beers.
