Beer description
Brewed in 2024 with 10 different hop varieties. This gives the beer a concentrated load of complex hop aromas, including tropical fruits, pineapple and various flowers. The bottom-fermented Bavarian yeast and traditional malts nevertheless give the hoppy pale beer with 5.5% alcohol a down-to-earth, drinkable and balanced character.
2023 is very different from the usual. New Zealand hops were used, bringing aromas of lime, flowers and grapefruit peel to the beer. Nevertheless, it remains a balanced beer that combines this hop aroma and a fine malt aroma in a drinkable composition.
