Beer description
As far back as the Middle Ages, it was a regulation that Bavarian brewers were only allowed to brew beer "from Michaelmas" (29th September) "until St. George's Day" (23rd April). Therefore, breweries have always celebrated the so-called "Brewers' New Year" at the end of September to mark the start of the new brewing year.
Specifically for this occasion, the Michaeli Sud is brewed every year, a historical top-fermented Pale Lager, tasty and naturally cloudy.
