Beer description

The MaiOr is a top-fermented bock beer. It is a very light bock due to brewing with light yesterday's malt and plenty of pilsner caramel malt. It is very drinkable, with a pleasant, balanced bitterness. Through the late cold hopping in the storage tank, it obtains a slightly fruity note of mandarin and orange.
