Gravity Smokin’ Dat Wheat

A historic polish beer brewed using oak smoked wheat. Instead of using furnaces to heat clean air to dry the wheat, the hot smoke from the kilns is forced directly through the grain bed which dries the grain and imparts an intense, pleasant, smoky flavor.
