Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Gose is a historic style of beer that is characterized by its sour, salty and coriander flavored notes. With Wisby Salt, both the saltiness and the acidity are very noticeable without being over the top. And you can tell that the saltiness, which is otherwise not very common in beer, really makes a difference. The beer has more body and a broader taste. Umami flavor if you like.
