Beer description
This salty, very lemony pale ale has been brewed with lemon peel, juniper berries, ginger and lemon juice. Salt and coriander are traditional to the style, and the wort has been soured with a mixture of lactobacillus plantarum and brevis.
On the nose, the ginger aromas are very present and are echoed on the palate with a frank but not overpowering acidity. The lemon remains on the palate, gradually giving way to barley and wheat, with a dry finish.
