Beer description

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout Brewed in honor of the 1000th sud in their original Clybourn Braupub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam in the color of a bourbon barrel. In the nose an intense mixture of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. A sip has more flavor than an average crate of beer.
