Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, sweet malt, cheese and soap notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
