Beer description
STORY:
This Saison was first allowed to spend a little time with our funky house blend before being matured for 6 months in an Austrian Pinot Blanc barrel. Then, just before bottling, it was cold-hopped with Riwaka.
Character:
Fresh lemon zest, elegant, complex, dry.
