With our German IPA, we are taking another step in the silent cycle. We want to produce all our products as environmentally friendly and climate-positive as possible. Our German IPA is the first India Pale Ale from us that was brewed exclusively with German ingredients. Fruity hops from Lake Constance harmonise perfectly with malts from German barley, spelt and oats, which are malted at Rhönmalz in Mellrichstadt. Our yeast comes from Cologne: the classic Kölsch yeast gives our IPA a haziness that transports maximum flavour to your palate.
