The next iteration of our Modern Pale Ale contains higher levels of citra to enhance the bright aroma. The malt base has also been altered with the addition of Viennese malt to give the body a bit more bite while maintaining high drinkability. A yeast switch puts the emphasis on a smoother texture and more apricot and vanilla esters that complement the grapefruit, guava and peach flavors of the Citra and Idaho 7 combination.
