Beer description
We’ve been wanting to brew a little sour hoppy thing for easy drinking in the summer sun. This little thirst quencher has a simple light grist of Extra Pale Ale malt and Wheat malt for a bit of fluffy texture. Soured with Lactobacillus Plantarum and feremnted with our house ale yeast. Four hops; Motueka, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Citra, plus an addition of lime juice combine to create an absolute belter of a summer beer full of citrus and tropical flair.
