/ A multiple maceration of fresh, dried, smoked and caramelized apricots, all in a joyful blend of different acetic fermentations passed in barrels and amphorae. "Tu peux pas test" is a powerful beer with a gourmet texture, controlled acetic acidity, with notes of rhubarb tart, sweet almond and caramelized candied apricot.
