Trim Tab - Gallery Series #079: I Like Turtles

In our second year of support, we’re partnering with the Birmingham Zoo to raise awareness and funds for Alabama’s very own flattened musk turtle! This year’s offering features Alabama-grown muscadine grapes we picked from Petals from the Past. The juice is extracted and added for fermentation, while the skins are carefully aged to provide a wine-like flavor. We’ve even added a touch of blackberry to round things out. Slightly tart, immensely delicious!
