Beer description
This grisette inspired sour weighs in at an approachable 4.7% ABV to make it perfect for an afternoon drinking on the patio. Mimicking our friends process, we steeped the beer in loads of Hibiscus and Lemon Verbena before fermenting warm with a traditional yeast. The beer greets you at the nose with fresh spice and blood orange. Each sip boast bold flavors of bread, hibiscus and stone fruit that are all backed up by a pleasant acidity that truly quenches the thirst.
