A collaboration between the Cologne Gaffel brewery and the Danish creative brewery Mikkeller. The first brew was brewed together in 2018. The 2nd Sud will be brewed in autumn 2019. Through dry hopping with the addition of the quality hop varieties Hallertauer Perle and Galaxy to the finished beer, an individual flavor and taste profile is achieved, which is characterized by the spicy components anise and pepper in fruity interplay with cassis, blueberries and blackberries.
