Stone fruit from the local microflora, supplemented with fruity grape and apple notes and a dry, tannin-heavy finish.
A blend of spontaneously fermented beers, aged for at least a year and refined with red grapes from their friends at The Veggie Patch nursery.
The Nàdar series of spontaneously fermented beers, named after the Gaelic word for "nature," will allow them to explore the effects of fruit and hops on the unique flavor profile of our local microflora of peach and apricot.
