This collaboration with Beachwood brings a spicy twist to our typical fruited sour ales. Peach and apricot aromatics about a subtle herbaceous note brought on by a delicate dose of sage. Our standard mixed-culture ferment was assisted by Saison yeast, lending an earthy lemon vibrancy that finishes with Barrelworks' signature tartness.
