Beer description
the brewery originally brewed Proper Porter for our partners at Minneapolis Holidazzle in 2016. In 2017 we went ahead and made just enough to set some aside (in oak) for a while. the brewery aged Proper Porter in bourbon barrels for just over 3 months to enhance the already present chocolate and toffee flavors and add a subtle vanilla & oak character.
