Randers Bryghus brews this beer especially for the brewery's Ambassadors and all other happy beer drinkers. The beer is brewed as a lighter German Altbier. The color is light golden with matched sweetness from the malts and a slight bitterness from German hops. That it is an Altbier refers solely to the fact that the beer is brewed and over-fermented in the same way as before the introduction of the lager roll. At Randers Bryghus, we bottle the beer unfiltered and unpasteurized. It gives the best and purest taste. Should be enjoyed cooled at approx. 8 ° C.
