Sabro hops made their debut on the brewing market in 2018 and immediately established themselves as one of America's most interesting varieties. What's special about it, apart from the wonderful aroma of course, is that the genetic roots of this variety come from the mountains of New Mexico - the wild female Neomexicanus variety. In addition to the classic tropical fruit and citrus notes, Full Sabro is characterised by intense hints of flowers and coconut. The whole is perfectly combined with a velvety malty fullness, and the work is crowned by a pleasant and mild bitterness.
