Fuhrmanns - Galaxy Bock

Fuhrmann's Galaxy Bock is a bright, cold-horned buck. In the nose are already clear aromas of citrus and passion fruit, which are typical of the Galaxy hops. In the antrunk, these fine fruit flavors are instantly recognizable and embraced by the lush malt notes. The result is a nice balance of malt and fruity hops with a very subtle bitterness on the finish. The fine aromas of passion fruit and ripe citrus fruits remain as well as a full malt aroma with pleasant sweetness long on the tongue and tickle this desire for the next sip. Fuhrmann's Galaxy Bock is brewed in a small amount and only available for a short time. Our food recommendations would be game dishes, spicy cheese or fruity desserts.
