Fuerst Wiacek - Hop Harvest 2021 Citra

Hop Harvest is an exploration of the results of our first hop selection. In September 2021 we drove to Washington and Oregon to pick the hop fields we will be brewing with in 2022. Our Citra IPA was brewed with handpicked hops from Yakima Chief Hops. We selected this field from BC Hop Ranch in Oregon for its intensely citrusy and sweet aromas. We are excited to see how the aromas we released when selecting the hops will affect the taste of the finished beer.
