Experimentation and innovation are at the heart of the Dream series. Whether it's comparing small recipe variations, experimenting with unknown styles, or trying out new ingredients, the goal is to constantly learn, develop new techniques, and refine processes. All of this in the hopes of brewing your dream beer! All of the previous stouts have been big Imperial Stouts, but for Dream #8, we have reduced the ABV content to create a more drinkable beer without compromising on taste.
